The first playthrough isn't the be-all and end-all of the player's efforts in the Cayo Perico Heist. Repeat playthroughs are where players can make the most amount of money as they would know exactly what to expect.

In this mission, you must destroy El Rubio's Buzzards intended for security on the island. You will only get 10:00 minutes to take them all out. If you destroy all the Buzzards, check here the guards won't have access to the Buzzards when alerted, as mentioned before.
The other four, supply truck, guard clothes, grappling equipment and bolt cutters are distributed randomly across the map. I will not cover these locations, since they are spawning at random locations every time.
Keep moving forward as you eliminate the guards, and keep an eye out for a sonar jammer. The jammer will be in a random location every time you do this mission.
